WOOD CUTTING: THE START OF A BRAND NEW TRADITION FOR NORTON CLIPPER

In what is potentially the most significant update to the Norton Clipper range in the last decade, the historic construction solutions experts will break new ground with a movement into wood cutting.

The history and heritage of Norton Clipper is steeped in innovation and customer centric solutions. It is little wonder therefore that out of the demand for a high quality yet cost effective alternative to the major players operating currently in the market, comes a collection of Wood and Multi Materials cutting blades.

In this new range, Norton Clipper have channelled over a century of expertise and experience that has culminated in an optimised range that provides value and performance to customers.

Four applications, four great ranges, for professionals; this collection has been specifically developed with the professional in mind.

  • Wood & Composites: Encompassing solutions for hard and soft wood, wooden panels, OSB, MDF, and HDF, these blades are built for power, precision and durability.
  • Multi Materials: Reliable results no matter the material. Designed with cutting construction timbers, pallets, nails and non-ferrous metals in mind. Concerns about damaging these blades are a thing of the past.
  • Veneer & Laminates: Whether you need to cut melamine faced boards, plywood, laminated panels or sheets of HPL, this range has a professional blade to suit
  • Aluminium: This is Norton Clipper’s specialist range of blades suited to cutting aluminium, brass, and copper. Blades that cut powerfully and sustainably time-after-time.

Within each application range, customers will find a variety of different Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) blades, hole saws, jigsaw blades and reciprocating saw blades to suit whatever their processing needs are.

In addition, as construction machine specialists, Norton Clipper will also offer two new and powerful machines as part of their wood range launch. These are the CWM 216 and CWM 254 electric Mitre Saws.

Mélanie Laurent, Product Manager for Norton Clipper for Construction Products and head of Wood & Composites project said:
“This launch marks a really exciting time in the rich and storied history of Norton Clipper. Our vision is to become the go-to brand for all professional (abrasives) construction products, offering solutions for every application.”
“The new wood range therefore represents a natural progression towards fulfilling that vision, satisfying a diverse range of customers with an equally diverse variety of processing requirements.”
