On 25th October 2019, Saint-Gobain Abrasives - Thailand celebrated our second “We are Customer Service Day” at Thin Wheel plant in Nakhon Pathom. The event was designed to ensure that we keep our customers at the heart of all and we aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
We started with a welcome video from Mr. Loic Mahe, VP Abrasives - Asia Pacific, the opening speech given by Mr. Paul Massard, General Manager – South East Asia. After that, we watched together the customer service excellence videos to learned more about how to improve the customer service experience and also introduced an internal Service Satisfaction Survey program to improve service experience in the organization.
The last section was “Beyond Expectation Workshop”, this workshop was designed to allow the participants from each department to brainstormed ideas and came up with how we can better serve our customers and develop new ways to better our processes to increase customer satisfaction.
