A revolutionary breakthroughWe’re proud to be one of the first manufacturers to produce cutting and grinding discs not only to be manufactured with recycled materials, but which are also supported by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) verified by a third party, providing a transparent and standardised assessment of the environmental footprint of the discs throughout their lifecycle. The ‘goodness in’ our abrasive discs
Each cutting disc contains 25% recycled grain, and the central steel ring is made using 12% recycled steel. This makes up a total of a minimum of 14% recycled materials. We like to think of this as the 'goodness' in our discs.
What does ‘nothing out’ mean?
We've removed nothing from our discs, ensuring there are no changes to quality and performance. Extensive internal tests have been carried out to ensure DIYers receive the same 'expert' performance as always from the Norton brand.
