Greater Flexibility
myABRASIVES offers greater flexibility with new features and services:
- Order history and reordering: you’ll be able to see your past orders across all platforms (Online, EDI, phone and fax) and these can also be easily re-ordered. Invoices, debit/credit notes and shipping status will also be visible in the ‘Order History’ section so you can be sure all of your paperwork is safe in one place
- Quotes: you can request quotes in myABRASIVES, as well as see the validity of the quote. Quote expired? With one click you can request a requote
- Saved Cart: you can save orders for future reference by putting multiple items in your cart and saving it, e.g. as ‘Monthly Order’. You can also add a note to indicate the order frequency, e.g. ‘order every month except December’ and save it so you can re-order quickly and easily
- Bulk orders: if you need to make a bulk order, you can upload a CSV file directly into the system rather than having to search for each product individually
- Additional support: navigate the new system with FAQs or contact our dedicated customer service eBusiness team
