VAC RACK Bundle
A customizable mobile work station designed with the technician in mind, the Norton VAC RACK bundle increases efficiency and the bottom line.
The VAC RACK comes with all the essentials needed for paint and body applications, including a heavy duty cart, vacuum system, one 16.5' pneumatic anti-static hose, one 2-way terminal, two tool hooks, six 3" hooks, and two shelves, giving technicians easy access to the abrasives, tools, and accessories required to complete the job.

Vacuum System

Light-Duty Cart
The Norton Light-Duty Cart is designed to work in combination with the Norton Vacuum and includes two tool holders and two hose supports. This compact and portable design features an ergonomic handle and large rubber wheels, making it easy to move around a work area. The Norton Light-Duty Cart provides storage for easy access to abrasives and tools, keeping technicians organized and improving productivity.

Yes, there is a service plan. Please submit a service and repair request here.
The standard hoses are 5m or 16.5’ long. 8M or 26.25’ hoses are available.
Yes, the vacuum is designed to support using two tools at the same time. The Y hose connector also has a cover that automatically closes if the vacuum has only one hose attached. When using two 8M hoses expect 8 m3/h or 4.71 CFM reduction in performance.
Yes, one 1/4 Male to 3/8 Male is included.
Some of the DAs are being shipped with too much air tool oil. The first time you use the DA Sander, it spits out oil through the rear exhaust. Run the tools the first time with a paper towel prior to installing them on the Norton VAC RACK.
The bag should be roughly 12 gallons.
Service interval for motor brushes is estimated at 1,000 hours. There is an onboard diagnostic that tracks runs time, how many times the power has been cycled on and off, as well as other parameters. It determines when the service light gets turned on.
