By the end of the seminar, you will:

• Gain firsthand exposure to manufacturing processes for bonded and superabrasive wheels
• Learn best practices for safety, coolant application, truing and dressing
• Discover how material properties and sustainability initiatives impact grinding performance
• Engage with experts and peers to solve specific grinding challenges through breakout sessions

Select your top four breakout sessions then attend the interactive sessions to engage with experts and users. Many sessions include machine demonstrations.

Expenses

Norton | Saint-Gobain Will Provide:

• Morning and afternoon refreshments
• Lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Dinner and entertainment on Thursday evening at The Beechwood Hotel
• Shuttle transportation between The Beechwood Hotel and Saint-Gobain (AM and PM) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Customer Expenses:

• $1,995/pp registration fee – Registration fee per person must be paid in full prior to the start of the training session
• Transportation (air fare, mileage, car rental, taxi, shared ride services, etc.)
• Meals not included above
• Hotel. A block of rooms available at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester. To get our VIP rate, note "Saint-Gobain Precision Customer Seminar" when you register

Cancellation Policy:

• 14 or more days before the event: Full refund will be issued.
• 7-13 days before the event: 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
• 3-6 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Within 48 hours of the event: 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
• No-shows: No refund will be provided

Rescheduling: Rescheduling to another PCS session may be possible up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability.

Extenuating Circumstances: In cases of documented illness or other unforeseen emergencies, please contact us to discuss options. 

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, except in cases of documented illness or unforeseen emergencies. In the unlikely event Saint-Gobain cancels a training session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund.
