Norton 38A Silversmith File

Specially shaped for use by silversmiths and mechanics, the Norton India AO Silversmith Precision File is ideal for close tolerance lapping, touching up instruments, and cleaning tools and dies. Made of a smooth cutting aluminum oxide abrasive, these files are designed for the best blend of cut rate and finish and are constructed to maintain their shape while producing keen edges and uniform finishes. Worn edges can be restored with the coarse grit files; quality edges can be achieved with the medium grit, and sharper edges can be delivered with the fine grit.
