Norton Winter High Performance Grit Tool for Ceramic Abrasive

Norton Winter High Performance grit tools are used in the same manner as multi-point tools, but are designed to produce a superior finish. The traverse rates are equal to or faster than ordinary tools. Since High Performance grit tools contain a higher concentration of diamond than found in standard multi-point tools, they are well suited for ceramic abrasive applications.

Features and benefits

Mounted on standard shanks, standard High Performance grit tools have a 3/8" wide by .100" thick diamond impregnated blade with a greater number of sharp points than in ordinary multi-point tools

Ideal for more challenging ceramic abrasive applications

Used on 120 - 150 grit wheels

Designed for dressing straight or tapered ceramic abrasive wheel forms
