Designed for use at up to 15 degree angles on flat surfaces with polyester and cotton flaps the Gemini R766 medium grit center mount plastic flat flap discs are a great choice for detailing, cleaning and finishing. Featuring alternating zirconia alumina and aluminum oxide flaps, these discs significantly outperform standard aluminum oxide flaps. Use these economical flap discs on aluminum, brass, bronze, titanium, cast iron and super alloys, soft-carbon steels, and 300 and 400-series stainless steels. The flexible, plastic quick-trim backing plate sets the industry standard for trimming excellence and offers additional conformability.
