Surface prep, deburring, and blending with Norton Rapid Blend NEX AO Arbor Thread Non-Woven Depressed Center Unified Discs leave a smear-free finish in fewer steps. The discs are formed by compressing multiple layers of non-woven web materials and bonding together to create an abrasive wheel. The 3D construction means the abrasive is distributed throughout the entire disc so top, bottom, and side faces can be used. Fits easily on a fixed-base tool where the wheel has an existing arbor.
