A premium ceramic alumina and zirconia alumina abrasive blend creates a coarse grit on the Type 27 flat flap disc, making it an efficient choice for projects involving carbon steel, ferrous metal or cast iron. Flat flaps made of polyester and cotton facilitate use on flat surfaces at angles ranging from 0 to 15 degrees for versatility. The flexible plastic backing plate is easy to trim, allowing for greater customization.
