How to remove burrs from metal
In episode 3 of Norton Live Builds, we're back in the metal fabrication studio to remove all the sharp edges and burrs left behind from metal cutting. Deburring is a crucial step in many metal fabrication projects, whether you're cutting and welding carbon steel, stainless steel or even aluminium and other alloys. In this episode, Paul talks through all the different tools and abrasives available to deburr metal, from flap discs on flat surfaces and edges, to file belts and even hand sanding rolls on difficult-to-reach metal corners.
